We collect, retain, and use information about you only where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business or provide products, services, and other opportunities to you. Each First National Bank of the Rockies® employee is required to follow
our Company's "Code of Conduct," which states that all customer information
is considered private and privileged and is to be used solely for the purpose
of providing you with the finest service available. Customer information is
limited to those employees with a business reason to know such information.
Bank employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer
information, and employees who violate these Privacy Principles will be subject
to disciplinary measures including termination of employment.
We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies.
We do not provide account or personal information to non-First National Bank
of the Rockies® companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing
or direct mail marketing, nor do we reveal specific information about your
accounts or other personally identifiable data to parties outside our bank
unless: 1) you request or authorize it; 2) the information is provided to help
complete a transaction initiated by you; 3) the information is provided to
a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; 4) the disclosure
otherwise is lawfully permitted, required, or of existing public record.
Internet
You may visit our home page and find out about our products and services, check on
career opportunities, and get stock quotes and information and other valuable services anonymously. We may use standard software to collect non-identifying information about our visitors, such as:
- Date and time our site was accessed
- IP address (an address given to servers connected on the Internet)
- Web browser used
- City, state, and country
The bank uses this information to create summary statistics and to determine
the level of interest in information available on our site.
Some areas of our Website may use "cookies" temporarily stored in the visitor's
